2) Hurdle Hopping – This jumping exercise entails the hip and knee for jump movements. The hurdles are arranged inside a row, and spaced at an correct distance away.

Whilst position straight on Two feet, jump ahead throughout the hurdles and then right away spring or jump more than the following hurdle.

Lift with your knees together, tucked against the chest and land for the balls on the feet, and immediately continue the following jump work out sequence throughout the subsequent hurdles.

Use each arms to swing up for stability and increase vertical jump.

Encouraged models are a single to three sets around 6 to 8 hurdles(36 inches high) for this jumping work out.
